The cost of counseling services at Kiera Dymit Counseling varies depending on the type of service you need. Individual therapy services can be submitted to insurance companies for possible coverage.

Your specific plan coverage may vary.

As of May 2024, Kiera is currently accepting new  clients with Thursday afternoon availability. 

She is also currently accepting applications for a process therapy group for  young professionals beginning summer 2024. If you are interested in applying, please email:

While this answer may vary for each person and service, here are some typical service lengths (not all included):

Individual therapy: 

• 1 hour per session

Group therapy: 

• 2 hours per session

Dream Analysis:

• 4-5 sessions between 1-2 hours each

Resume Services:

• 3 sessions between 1-2 hours each

College Preparation Services

• 6 sessions 1 hour each
• option to transition into individual therapy once completed

Vocational Counseling

• 1 hour sessions
•  Includes Resume Services
• Cover Letter 
• Interview prep and support
